All of the forms are written in broad, easy to read U.S. style coverage forms similar to a U.S. HO3 type policy. How Do I Get a Copy of my Policy? When you purchase a Mexican Homeowners Insurance policy from Mexico on my Mind, we email you the receipt, the declaration page, the terms and conditions of your Mexican Insurance policy along with a link, a user ID and Password that allows you to retrieve these items when you need them. If you have a loss to your property in Mexico which exceeds your deductible, immediately call the toll free number included in your policy on the insurance claims instructions page. An adjuster will respond immediately to the scene and assist you with your claim. I Own a Condominium, Can I Purchase Mexican Condominium Insurance? We offer Condominium Unit Owners Insurance policy which includes coverage for contents and liability and can also include some coverage for the condo dwelling itself. When insuring your condo, there are some factors that you need to review prior to determining your “condo dwelling” insurable value. Each Condo Association in Mexico should keep an Association Blanket Policy that covers the Association property. Typically, the condo association policy insures the Condo building, common elements such as pools, other structures, and the interior walls, alterations, fixtures, etc. To find out what kind of coverage your Condominium Association policy provides, and therefore what kind of coverage you should purchase, ask for a copy of your Association Bylaws.
